    I ordered a spoiler for my mustang and had lost the hardware included. I contacted the manufacturer of the spoiler and received no response. I contacted BMC and they had no problems getting me the hardware at no charge when they had no obligation to. The spoiler was packaged well and recieved quickly. I would make future purchases with this company based on my previous experience.
