  I was 43 when I started my CrossFit endeavor just over a year ago. My brother who had been a box member for several years literally signed me up. I had gotten comfortable thinking this is what I am going to look like and this is the weight that I'm going to be for the rest of my life. I hadn't worked out in many many years and it was never serious. I joke that I went from couch to CrossFit. Talk about diving in head first. Little did I know that I would get "addicted" to working out in my 40's and I am probably in the best shape of my life. The community is amazing and supportive.
