  I usually don't write negative reviews about anything but I just wanted to point out the stupidity allowed by the employees in this place. They harrass me for a $30 co-pay for 6 months that I know I paid on the day of my visit...6 mailing and several phone calls in their efforts finally they call threatening to send the balance to collections...I beleive I called and left a message after checking on or about the 2nd notice and recieved
  an "ok we will check" but I will admit I'm not 100% sure so I call again and speak to nice woman who checks the co-pay logs for the day of my visit and says " okay, if someone calls you again tell them to speak to me" not exactly a ringing endorsement to resolve the problem and shouldn't the co-pay logs on the day of the visit be the first place you check? The doctors are okay and they are reasonably quick to try and squeeze you in if you express urgency but this collection of billing stupidity will probably make me look elsewhere and with the rise of minute clinics in the area it should be fine.
