  Salesperson here who tends to do business over lunch. i order about $30k in food every year from a variety of different restaurants and this one offered up the worst experience imaginable. We called in an order for 2 pizzas, a bottle of soda, and a chicken salad and left a phone tip of $10. The bill totaled $141. I was sticker shocked to say the least. When we showed up it was nothing more than a generic chicken salad with maybe 2-3 chicken breasts sliced up throughout the salad and 2 pies (1/2 pep, 1/2 chicken, and a plain). The order didn't have plates, napkins, or utensils and we weren't informed that we would need to order them. One would assume when ordering a salad for 12 people that plates and forks would come with it.....how else would eat it, right? I couldn't believe how little food there was for the price, so i checked out the itemized receipt to see that the salad was listed at $75! Seriously, I can get a full tray of stuffed shells for that price, or less. Better yet, I can feed an army of 20 people for less than $141 and it will come with drinks, plates, utensils, hot food, and dessert. Needless to say, we were up in arms about the price of the food so after lunch I proceeded over to Romeo's to see if we could make it right. I took pictures of the lunch (which are posted on google reviews) to show them the lackluster amount of salad for $75 coupled with 2 pizzas. The two gentlemen who are in there every day became defensive immediately and proceeded to tell me that they never include forks, plates, and utensils. The patrons eating there all had plates, utensils, and napkins? How else do you eat a $75 salad again without plates, forks, and utensils? They bickered throughout their establishment exhibiting no professionalism to me or the bystanding patrons. Their lack of professionalism actually made them look bad, real bad. The wouldn't drop the price of bill, so I promised them I wouldnt return and that my colleagues wouldnt return either. Don't expect them to ever make anything wrong, right because they dont hold themselves to high standards, thus they would rather lose a customer than make a happy customer.
